Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:
- Contact us via care.homecove@gmail.com
- Provide us few pictures of the product that you want to return.
- In case on cash on delivery order please provide your PhonePe / Gpay / Paytm / NEFT details where you want to receive your refund amount.
- Once the inspection done and the product gets picked up by our courier executive, we then process your refund.
- Once your product gets picked us from your end then your refund will be issued.
- Refund Processing time : 2 Days
- If 48 hours passed after return pickup then please inform us at care.homecove@gmail.com.
Exchange Process:
- Contact us via care.homecove@gmail.com
- Provide us few pictures of the product that you want to return.
- Once the inspection done, we initiate return pickup from your address.
- Once the return pickup process gets completed the we dispatch the exchange product from our warehouse.
- Tracking details will be shared automatically.
